Do not email information such as passwords, social security numbers, account numbers, mother’s maiden name, etc.  It is recommended that the email security statement is provided prior to an email being generated.

Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)

TruNorth Federal Credit Union does not knowingly collect, nor is our web site designed or directed to use personal information from children under the age of 13 without containing verifiable consent from their parents. We do offer one children’s program on our web site: Compass Club for children up to age 17.  No information is collected from children to participate in the online activities and information found in these areas of our website.
