Cards

  • Members can turn off debit and ATM cards in Manage My Cards within online and mobile banking. Members can also replace a lost or stolen card in Manage My Cards.
  • During regular office hours, call (906) 485-1210 to speak to our Operations department.
  • After regular business hours, call (800) 554-8969 to notify VISA that the card is lost or stolen. You will need to contact the main office during regular business hours to reorder a card.
  • Members can turn off credit cards in Manage My Cards within online and mobile banking. Members can also replace a lost or stolen card in Manage My Cards.
  • Call (855) 519-9406 or international (301) 837-8426 to notify VISA that the card is lost or stolen.
  • Members can reset a PIN through Manage My Cards within online and mobile banking for debit, ATM, and credit cards.
  • VISA Debit & ATM Cards – please call (800) 567-3451  to reset your PIN.
  • VISA Credit Cards – please call (855) 519-9406 to reset your PIN.

Call (855) 519-9406 or international (301) 837-8426 to notify VISA that the card has suspicious activity.

Yes, you may make a deposit into any account, but you will not receive any information regarding an account you are not owner of.

Online & Mobile Banking

  • Visit the quick transfer option within online or mobile banking and when transferring “to” choose “another member”. You must know the recipients account number to complete the transfer.
  • Members can also transfer money through P2P (person to person). This option is available to members with checking accounts within online and mobile banking.

Yes, online and mobile banking will show real time withdrawals, deposits, and more.
