An ATM is an automated teller machine. If you are a member of TruNorth Federal Credit Union, have positive balances in your account, and no overdue loan payments, our ATMs offer several services:
-Withdraw Cash
-Check Account Balances
-Transfer Funds Between Accounts

ITM

Located at both our Ishpeming and Marquette offices.

An ITM is an Interactive Teller Machine. If you are a member of TruNorth Federal Credit Union in good standing*, our ITMs offer several services:
-Withdraw and Deposit Cash
-Check Account Balances
-Deposit Checks
-Cash Checks
-Make Loan Payments
-Transfer Funds Between Accounts

If you require transaction assistance, our ITMs are manned by live tellers in Marquette from Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Non-members can still use the ITM as an ATM, but it will charge a $4 fee.

ITMs offer a wide range of functions 24/7 and are available via the drive-thru.

TruNorth ITMs do not dispense coins or $1 bills. They have 5’s, 10’s, 20’s, 50’s, and 100’s.

Yes, at the end of your transaction, you will be asked if you would like a receipt. If selected, the ITM/ATM will print it for you on the spot.

Cash deposits will be available in your selected account immediately after your transaction. For members in good standing*, checks under $1,000 will be available immediately. Checks over $1,000 will be held for up to one week to verify their validity.

No, we have ITM live tellers at our Marquette office. We will also continue to staff both branch location teller lines.

Yes, we have a headphone jack on the front of our ITMs and ATMs.

*You are a member in good standing if you have positive balances in all accounts and no over due loan or credit card payments.
