An ATM is an automated teller machine. If you are a member of TruNorth Federal Credit Union, have positive balances in your account, and no overdue loan payments, our ATMs offer several services:

Located at both our Ishpeming and Marquette offices.
An ITM is an Interactive Teller Machine. If you are a member of TruNorth Federal Credit Union, have positive balances in your account, and no overdue loan payments, our ITMs offer several services:
-Withdraw Cash
-Deposit Cash
-Check Account Balances
-Deposit Checks
-Cash Checks
-Make Loan Payments
-Transfer Funds Between Accounts
Non-members can still use the ITM as an ATM, but it will charge a $4 fee.
If you require transaction assistance, our ITMs are manned by live tellers in Marquette from Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
What are the benefits of using an ITM?
ITMs offer a wide range of functions 24/7 and are available via the drive-thru.
What denominations does the ITM use?
TruNorth’s ITMs do not dispense coins or one-dollar bills. They have 5’s, 10’s, 20’s, 50’s, and 100’s.
Can I get a receipt?
Yes, at the end of your transaction, you will be asked if you would like a receipt. If selected, the ITM/ATM will print it for you on the spot.
How soon will my deposit be made available?
Cash deposits will be available in your selected account immediately after your transaction.
The first $1,000 of a check will be available immediately. Any remaining funds will be held for up to one week to verify their validity.
Are ITMs replacing local TruNorth employees?
No, we have ITM live tellers at our Marquette office.
If I’m hearing impaired, will I be able to use the ATM/ITM?
Yes, we have a headphone jack on the front of our ITM/ATMs.
